All Thermal Units carry a ten (10) year warranty against seal failure, condensation between the glass panes. Cracked glass or broken glass is not covered under any warranty.

WARRANTY FOR VINYLTECH WINDOWS
All vinyl components shall carry a LIFETIME WARRANTY against Manufacturer's defects, abnormal color distortions. LIFETIME WARRANTY IS 25 YEARS.
All thermal units are warrantied for a period of 15 years against seal failure, condensation between the glass panes. Cracked or broken glass is not covered under any warranty.
All our hardware items shall be covered under warranty for a period of 5 years. All warranties shall be void if product is installed improperly or mishandled.
Warranty items shall be supplied and installed for a period of one year from orginal date of purchase.
